I have shared general products we use and my thoughts on them here, however I don’t think I have shared products that are repeat purchases. I thought I would share ten items I consistently buy and replenish with some quick thoughts for various categories. I would love to know some of your staples!
1.Elf Brow Pencil and Gel
I have tried many different brands for brows, and I keep going back to these two products. You honestly can’t beat the price and as I have gotten older I have decided to pay more for my face/skin care products as opposed to other makeup items. I purchase both in Taupe!
This is another great priced product that has become a staple. I feel like it gives good volume without being clumpy, which I like!
I am typically not a big fan of primers, but I do enjoy using this as a base. I feel like it brightens my complexion and just makes my foundation look nice.
I typically do not gravitate towards Covergirl products, however this foundation is an exception. It has great coverage that you can build, as well as additional SPF. I purchase the shade classic ivory.
I absolutely love this sunscreen, and even enjoy the tinted version. It feels good on the skin and does not cause any breakouts for me. My makeup also applies nicely with it.
This is a great night time staple and extremely hydrating. A little goes a long way so you can definitely get your money’s worth!
This is a very luxurious feeling moisturizer and also can last a long time. It does have a pretty strong scent, so if you are sensitive to smells it may not be your favorite.
This has been my favorite aluminum free brand (and I have tried many) that doesn’t feel sticky or make me smell weird.
I feel like this is a great, everyday, gentle cleanser for all skin types!
10.Aquaphor
I honestly use Aquaphor for everything, including anything with my kids. I feel like it is such a good staple item for so many things.
