Go To Snacks

I don’t know about you or your family, but ours loves snacking! All three of us eat at least 2-3 snacks a day and sometimes more. I am always looking for new ideas to switch things up, so I thought I would share my “go-to” snack list that is super easy!

  1. Yogurt (can always add toppings such as honey, fruit, yogurt, etc)
  2. Avocado Toast (drizzle olive oil, mash avocado on top, then top with garlic salt or favorite spices)
  3. Fruit 
  4. Peanut Butter Toast/Oats (any nut butter)
  5. Peanut Butter, Banana, Honey Wrap 
  6. Veggies (hummus or yogurt ranch to dip)
  7. String Cheese (add crackers and pickle)
  8. Trailmix (buy favorite items and make your own big batch)
  9. Sweet Potato (add peanut/nut butter and cinnamon)
  10. Smoothie
  11. Cucumber Slices (add cream cheese & favorite spice)
  12. Energy Balls
  13. Hard Boiled Eggs
  14. Bars (we alternate between brands)
  15. Chia Seed Pudding (recipe coming soon)
