I recently shared some things I am focusing on during my postpartum wellness journey. You can check that out here: Postpartum Wellness. I thought I would piggy back off that post and share what a typical day of eating looks like for me during this season. I am personally not trying to cut calories due to breastfeeding, and am only able to walk until I am cleared for additional exercise. Some days I eat more based off how hungry I am, but I always eat all three meals and a couple snacks to make sure I am properly fueling my body during recovery and nursing.
I do not eat the same thing every day, this is just an example of one! I would love to know any current favorite meals or snacks that I should try!
Breakfast: Smoothie, Bar, Coffee
Snack: Trail Mix
Lunch: Grilled Turkey Wrap, Carrots, Veggie Straws, Ranch
Snack: Fruit, Turkey Sticks
Dinner: Enchilada Casserole, Roasted Veggies
Snack: PB Crackers
