Full Day of Eating: Mom Edition

I don’t know about you, but I love knowing what other people eat throughout the day. I am always trying to find new ideas or recipes for our family to try. I thought I would share what a “typical” day of eating looks like for myself. Of course, all three of us change our go to snacks and meals depending on the season and what we are into at that time. I will note that with nursing I added in another meal or larger snack to keep my calories and food intake up! I also drink 80-100 ounces every day!

Example Day of Eating

Pre-Breakfast: Water & Black Coffee

Breakfast: Smoothie & Trail-Mix (Summer Smoothie & Favorite Smoothie)

Smoothie 2

Morning Snack: Bar (currently enjoying Power Crunch & Oatmega)  & Fruit

Lunch: Salad


Afternoon Snack: Energy Balls (Recipe )

This varies the most for me. 


Dinner: Different Every Night/Week.
