Since many of us are currently practicing social distancing and staying away from our gym or studio, I thought I would share some quick at home workouts that you can do with any set of dumbbells. Feel free to change up the reps, intervals, or to make it your own! I completed this workout last week, and it was a little shy of 30 minutes.
