I don’t know about you, but I could browse through Pinterest way longer than I’d like to admit. I love getting inspiration on many things, especially when it comes to food! I feel like it is so easy to get in a food rut of rotating through the basic handful of meals your family enjoys eating.
My husband and I recently decided we were going to try one new recipe a week. If we liked it, we would add it to our google doc of favorite recipes to reference when meal planning. If we didn’t like it….well at least we tried. We find recipes from many different places, and tweak them to make them our own. I thought I would share five Pinterest recipes we have tried and love! Let me know if you end up making one!
1.Keto Cheesy Mexican Skillet (Recipe Pin)
This is made with riced cauliflower and it is delicious! We use rotisserie chicken to make it easy!
2.Veggie Loaded Rotisserie Chicken Casserole (Recipe Pin)
We have made this several times and love it! I leave out the spinach for the Hubby and it is still tasty! You can also do sour cream instead of yogurt, which we have done!
3.Pioneer Woman Bowtie Lasagna (Recipe Pin)
We love this dish for a treat night! We like to pair it with a light Caesar Salad!
4.Sausage Egg & Cheese Bites (Recipe Pin)
These are great to make for the week and heat up in the morning! Our toddler loves them! I just use regular flour instead of coconut.
5.Dump-and-Bake Chicken Caprese Pasta (Recipe Pin)
This pasta has a very “light” feel. We like to pair it with a side salad!
